ChurnGuard is a churn-detection and early-warning system for indie SaaS founders. It synthesizes usage data from your existing stack (Stripe, billing; Intercom, support) and generates actionable outreach sequences when risk signals emerge in real time.
## How We Work
You connect ChurnGuard via API to your product and billing data. The system runs silent risk scoring against behavioral and payment signals. When a threshold is crossed, ChurnGuard drafts personalized outreach and triggers the workflow — no manual triage required.
## Current State
We serve founders in the $10K–$100K MRR range, a segment operator profile: solo technical founder, $20–50K in capital, shipping fast. The target market is ~50,000 operators globally, representing $5B combined ARR. We're designed to scale with you from first-paid to first-significant-churn.
Pricing is published at $500/month flat. No seat-based or usage-based escalation.
